1. Click Start-->Run type "services.msc" hit Ok.
2. In the services window look for Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
3. If it is not listed then do the following (if it is listed then do not continue best to contact support@handheldcontact.com).
4. Click Start-->Run type "cmd" type "%WINDIR%System32msdtc.exe -install" hit enter.
5. Click Start-->Run type "services.msc" hit Ok.
6. In the services window look for Distributed Transaction Coordinator.
7. Right-click on it and choose Start.
8. Close the Services and CMD windows.
9. Click Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Add or Remove Programs.
10. In the Add or Remove Programs window click on Add/Remove Windows Components.
11. In the Windows Component Wizard find Message Queuing and select it and hit OK.

This should get Message Queuing install and working so you can now open HHC and start the setup.
