Subscriptions

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact subscriptions. Handheld Contact offers a free 14-day trial with full support to ensure the product meets customer expectations before making a purchase.

Active subscriptions may be transferred to other Handheld Contact accounts.

Subscription Upgrades

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact subscription upgrades.

Subscription Upgrades includes:

• HHC+ (Premium)
• HHC Secure+

Subscription upgrades are non-transferable and expire with the subscription they are attached to.

Mobile Care

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact Mobile Care support plans.
