This article will be used for any customers who are making a transition into Act! Premium Cloud (APC) from their current situation. Act! Premium Cloud is a hosted Act! solution. Customers switching to this environment will be required to have a Handheld Contact API account. For existing customers using Handheld Contact Classic, they will need to create a new Handheld Contact API account OR they can delete the existing Classic account to replace it with the new API username. Please see this link for directions on creating the Handheld Contact API account. The following directions will be under the assumption that the Act! transition to APC has already been completed and Act! is operational via the cloud.
