I get an error message when syncing "Syncing finished with error: java.net.ConnectException: sync.wires-end.net/XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXX - Network is unreachable"

If a Handheld Contact mobile app is unable to communicate with our servers over the Internet you may receive the following message:

"Syncing finished with error: java.net.ConnectException: sync.wires-end.net/XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXX - Network is unreachable"
(XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX represents an IP address)

This message indicates that your mobile device does not have an active Internet connection through Wi-Fi or your carrier network.

Restoring your mobile device's connection to the Internet will resolve this issue.
