Syncing finished with error: ca.j2x.hhc4android.backend.sync.MiscSyncException: Please sync your console first then try to sync again

If you are syncing on the Android device and get an error message

Syncing finished with error: ca.j2x.hhc4android.backend.sync.MiscSyncException: Please sync your console first then try to sync again

This error indicates that you have tried syncing the device before having any info sent to it from the Handheld Contact computer application.  If you have not installed HHC to the PC, please see this LINK.  If it is already installed, then you will have to resend all data again which can be found HERE.
